  • CEO - Hans-peter Hansen

    Hans-Peter Hansen is an 11th grader at NEIA as well as the CEO of the NEIA School Store. A fun fact about him is that he was born near the ocean in Cape Cod Massachusetts. He used the opportunity of being able to join the NEIA School Store to see how he could help NEIA while learning real world skills and experiences. Hans-Peter wanted to experience specifically the business world and how he could grow as a leader. So far, he has become the CEO, and has met and presented with the store’s board of directors and an investor. Hans-Peter has met with the School Store team where he practiced leadership skills and lessons. He learned how to makes correct decisions and that every decision must be weighed and measured.

    A great promise of strength for the weary: “they who wait for the Lord

    shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like

    eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not

    faint.” - Isiah 40:31

 

  • CDO - John Kessler

    John Kessler is a 10th grader at NEIA and is the Chief Design Officer. A fun fact about him is that he is good at the pogo-stick. He initially started working for the school store before he joined, by helping with designing the website. So far as the CDO, Kessler has designed the website and products. In the future, he plans on continuing to improve the website and designs as well as pursuing his passion for design.

  • CFO - Giancarlo Londono

    Giancarlo Londono is an 11th grader at NEIA and the Chief Financial Officer for the NEIA School Store. A fun fact about him is that he is the King of geography. He joined the NEIA School Store to utilize his financial expertise and bring new, innovative ideas. At the moment, Giancarlo is working on pricing strategies and efficient methods to enhance the financial aspect of the store and plans on continuing doing so.

  • CMO - Catherine Martz

    Catherine Martz is an 11th grader at NEIA and is the NEIA School Store’s Chief Marketing Officer. A fun fact about her is that she has lived in 7 countries all over the world. Catherine joined the NEIA School Store to be able to express her ideas and learn new skills and knowledge. As the CMO, she has learned valuable marketing skills and used them to create marketing strategies to advance the store. In the future, Catherine plans to grow the store’s social media presence as well as creating long-term marketing strategies.

  • CIO - Kokoro Shinohara

    Kokoro Shinohara is an 10th grader at NEIA and is the Chief Innovation officer. A fun fact about him is that he loves playing chess. Koko joined the school store to learn more about how businesses start and run, as well as gain more business and teamwork experience. As the CIO, Koko plans to integrate the HCD process into the school store by helping market and ideate.

  • CTO - Ileana Fournier

    Ileana Fournier is in 10th grade at NEIA and is the NEIA School Store’s Chief Technical Officer. A fun fact about her is that she is always listening to music. Ileana joined the NEIA School Store because she saw it as an incredible opportunity to expand and pursue her leadership. Ileana plans on helping with system management and communicating and improving any issues with the NEIA School Store.

  • COO - Paul Bogere

    Paul Bogere is an 11th grade student at NEIA and is the COO of the School Store. A fun fact about him is that he loves Korean food. The NEIA School Store was an opportunity for him to learn about himself as a leader and as a team player. This has also been a great opportunity and chance for Paul to practice human-centered design in real life and understand how professional settings work. Paul’s main focus has been running the logistics and facilitations of the team and the project as a whole. He has helped lead the team to bring the entrepreneurial vision to life. Paul plans to keep learning about teamwork, prioritizing and team dynamic. ”Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” -The Bible
